There are no moral handbooks or guides that give us a checklist of the world’s dos and don’ts. It’s not in any constitution or any written rulebook. But somehow, we all follow these rules. We strictly abide by them. We don’t tell each other what they are, but we all know when someone breaks them. These are the unspoken rules of society.

We all pretend to be kind. We are all born hypocritic.
If one looks evil then he is as he dunno how to pretend.
If one looks kind then he could still be evil as he is clever to pretend kindness

If you're walking in the high school hallway, and you walk past another dude, it’s just the reality of the scenario to dab him up or give a fist bump. My biggest pet peeve is when you try to acknowledge someone else, and they just literally walk past you like you don't even exist. Not to mention kids who blast their 2000s rap songs at maximum volume in the hallway. We're just trying to get from one part of the campus to another, man.

Can we add "Never sit in your car in a residential area to take a personal call on maximum volume on your overpowered stereo for over an hour". My old neighbor was guilty of that every single day.

Hello please help. I am Amish and just left my community I am learning these rules and how to smart phone text message. How do I find trustworthy teachers to learn all I don't know? ( banking, how to live on my own , how to get an ID ,references, experience in these social rules )- I don't know what I don't know, but I've tried a new church and found out someone was spreading lies and rumors, no one knows me so I don't know how to correct things. Your modern world is so confusing. Can anyone share resources or ideas please?

There's an unspoken rule that I wish more waitstaff at restaurants abided by or knew: when people at your tables are praying before they eat, don't interrupt them. Even if you don't personally agree with their religious beliefs, don't interrupt them. Wait until they are done. It'll only take a few seconds. The number of times I and my family have been interrupted while saying grace before we eat or order is surprisingly pretty high.

The video idea is useful but quite naive and also portrays quite an idyllic society that 'follows the rules.'
Society also includes Neurodivergent people whose way of socialising isnt considered or discussed at all.The world is Neurodiverse not just Neurotypical.

Some people need to see that bit about rescheduling plans and not fucking with people's time. Modern society has made flakiness and unreliability waaaayyyy too acceptable.

There’s nothing wrong with talking about your salary. In fact, it’s illegal for companies to tell you you’re not allowed to discuss it. It’s just an “unspoken rule” that capitalism has ingrained into the very fabric of society as a taboo so that companies can continue exploiting workers for the lowest possible wages and no one questions anything.

I love your video's but I'll tell you this right now, most people leave their earphones/headphones on even when using the checkout at a grocery store, a significant amount of young people choose to ignore you completely and behave as though you don't exist whilst working in grocery store.

I used to think all of this and I am always considerate. When I observed people not following these basic manners, I thought there is something wrong with me. Thank you @Aperture for making me feel proud of myself 🙂

Unskilled 6'5 security guard speaking in knock you the fuxk out if you even look at me wrong doesn't approve this message, especially if they are athletes……. You broke the law of the jungle not society, fuxk around & ill make you my bitch.

Many big guys are X military & becoming a cop doesn't serve them a purpose because they've had enough glory & wish to pass the torch honourably(just as an example)

I was creeping on a girl's screen on the bus and got lucky and seen a nice pair of cans! So it's not all bad! They were a set of very rare coca cola collector edition cans unopened or uncirculated 😱
