   Farmington is actually the next town over from where I grew up. There's a large population of Jewish and Middle Eastern people who live around there and the Holocaust Memorial Center is near there too. Really nice place and people. Pretty sure the kid I babysat for had his bar mitzvah at a temple in Farmington. It's weird to think somebody I grew up with might actually know her.

    I hate when someone has an older name, and people force the term, ‘real name’ 🤦🏼‍♀️ Older doesn’t equal real. If someone gets married, and choses a different last name you don’t call the new name fake.

    Angelfire, Mac pages, there were so many. I made so many pages as a kid, one I actually updated regularly was called Everything Under The Sun where I would talk video games and music. Haha. The good old days

    A year too late but I'll just answer your question with an easy logic step system.
    Elizabeth was born to a Jewish family, where it is very common to give a second Hebrew/Jewish names to kids for tradition.
    but more importantly there use to be this weird notion back in the day that if and when the kids grow up and decide to move to Israel they could always revert to they're Hebrew given name.
    since they grew up knowing that they own 2 names and for ease of assimilation once they started living in a foreign contery.
    Now a days it dosent matter actually quite reverse it is Jewish family's In Israel that prefer gentile names so as they can easily assimilate to global culture that is driven by western powers.

    I would assume that when she got into show biz, she completely buried that name. Especially after 2000, when anything foreign was deemed…….well, ya know. Elizabeth Bearkley is literally the most American Caucasian name ever, it’s not a secret that especially in the early 2000’s Caucasian Americans got the big roles in productions. Perhaps it was her way of “assimilating” to fit the Hollywood dream. Consider that Tom Cruise’s last name was actually spelled “Cruz” but it sounded Hispanic. So he changed the spelling to fit in. 🤷🏼‍♀️

    My angelfire website is still around. I made it when I was 17. I’m freaking 37 now lol. Somehow I remembered the address. I thought it was so great. The animated gifs move so fast now. Also, the music was pretty cool on it lol. I wrote the code myself. I’m horrible with computers but figured out html back then. Can’t believe it was that long ago. Doesn’t feel like it.
