My expectation was that they would glaze it, and that expectation was fulfilled in the extreme. Meanwhile more neutral observers and audience members say it's meh.

I SHOULD THANK CHRISTOPHER NOLAN FOR THE ODYSSEY MOVIE……BECAUSE FOR THE PAST FEW DAYS I DOESN'T HAVE ENOUGH SLEEP BECAUSE OF MY WORK I GONE TO CINEMA THEATER TO WATCH THE ODYSSEY WITH NO INTEREST AT ALL ……BY THE TIME THE MOVIE STARTS AT THE FIRST 5 MINUTES I STARTED TO SLEEP AND I SLEPT UNTIL THE MOVIE ENDS AND I GOT WONDERFUL SLEEP AFTER A LONG TIME WITH NO INTERRUPTION THANKS TO NOLAN FOR GIVEN A WONDERFUL MOVIE TO MAKE PEOPLE SLEEP…….IF U DOESN'T HAVE ENOUGH SLEEP U CAN WATCH THE ODYSSEY AT THEATERS…….😂😂😂😂😂

Nolan is a great film maker and I think the film will be great. However picking a Black woman to play Helen was a wrong casting choice (even though it’s a small part) the actress is probably amazing and I’m not dissing her but keep it as authentic when making a story based on a cultural identity.
