I can see the take on content matter, but if you're talking about all around MC from the craft of lyricism, storytelling ability, freestyle ability, battle ability, and overall impact. Eminem is still at the top of "white rapper" list.
It's not even up for discussion, Eminem's run from 1999-2004/2005 with his own solo projects, to the success of D-12, 8 Mile, producing hits for himself and other artists.
That run was unparalleled and was undeniable.

No one including FD gonna mention that Eminem made sure 2pacs music kept getting released by producing a whole album of Tupac posthumously?
