他敢于批评中国政权，他子女依旧是学者。作为对比，John Pilger对中国从来不敢在台上讲真话，更常见于中国党的喉舌宣传，很明显是收了钱的，而且他在家里说的绝对是另一套，嘴上说着资本主义和西方国家的坏话，子女家人却热衷于捞金。

Noam Chomsky had me convinced we were in a simulation for a hot second when I started listening to nonfiction audiobooks. His name would come up in different books about completely different subjects (linguistics, psychology, politics, philosophy, etc. )

This video unfortunately is full of factual errors – it's a pity and a serious problem. E.g 02:51 is a photograph of W B YEATS, the Irish poet and has nothing to do with the sound track.

I commend your work on this video but disagree with its final part. There are countless examples of Chomsky debating those with different views e.g. 'Firing Line with William F. Buckley Jr' . Also, as a matter of principle, Chomsky strives not to use rhetoric, that is, he deliberately tries not to persuade, but instead tries to provide information so that people can make up their own minds. Also, whilst I respect Pinker's work as a linguist, in the context of political philosophy, I wouldn't trust him as far as I could throw him – he's a Hobbesian. I can't have much faith in anyone who can still be a Hobbesian given what we now know about early human civilisation (see David Graeber).
