To be honest, 2:10 version of the scene has it's charm
@ramonek9109

I disagree. The addition of music clearly just courted mainstream appeal. Why does everything have to be reduced to the lowest common denominator?

It can't be overstated how sound (Nikola Tesla's invention which was stolen by Edison who found a way to mass produce it in his phonograph device) changed modern culture forever when it was at last utilized in film.

This is what happens when you have a review given by an AI bot designed by Meta and running under Microsoft Windows Vista. Another telltale giveaway is that Peter has no legs.

God damn La La Land looks 100x worse than I imagined. Peter K. Rosenthal by contrast, still a DILF.

Manchester by the Sea was the worst musical I have ever seen!

It's a shame this series doesnt get as many views as the other series on the channel
@timopper5488
October 25, 2024 at 7:55 am
This reminds me of the original cut of John Wick which had the gentle sound of a zither instead of the sound of gunfire. A poor attempt by the studio to create a PG-rated confection, John Wick himself spent three weeks carefully editing in the proper gunfire sound effects.

It’s amazing what a little sound editing will do for a movie. Keep looking out for us, Peter.

As somebody who can often be seen writhing in the tangible pain in movie theaters when audible diarrhea seeps from the loud speakers, I quite enjoyed the test screening. Guess no one cares about those of us who were fond of the silent movie era. Oh but let’s continue to pander to the various bow wearers. Psssh

October 25, 2024 at 7:55 am
I am sorry but no. The original was better. Adding music is just a cheap trick to hide the fact that the movie lacks a the old razzle dazzle
