The Lowlies, “Simple Reminder,” // GemsOnVHS™

Spring is in the air. I know because my eyes are watering, and not just from the music! Pollen abounds, particularly in this beautiful field of yellow flowers we found in Smithville, TN, out by my house. The Lowlies stopped by for a simple song, called Simple Reminder. You might remember their last smash hit that took over the charts, I Gonna Ride (https://youtu.be/3BSH8gUuFi0?si=Knpx0zCSYEEHEGEI). I love Caleb’s clear writing, warm voice and good attitude. Carolyn sings perfect, loving harmonies with him. Together, they’re unstoppable, as is evident by their 13 kids they are raising in upstate New York.

I hope our paths cross again soon, friends. Thanks Matt Moore for sticking on me and making sure I got this out lol. Sorry it took so long, folks. Folk music has to be old before it can be released, right?
