I saw the CD at Tower Records & only knew the one hit – Pull Me Under. So, at that time at Tower Records – for releases for the week – they had headphones for each new release that came out that week. So, I put the headphones on & that opening for 6:00 blew my mind. I was a DT fan from that day forward

This song is so good and seeing this video makes it better. It’s like the whole song is a 6 minute drum solo. Makes me smile that I realized that EVERY time this starts to play in my car I instantly start to air drum the whole intro using of course all my feet and hands and I nail it perfectly haha.

You should invite him to demonstrate how to play like Ringo. Portnoy used to have a Beatles tribute band called yellow matter custard. I like Brandon and hes a great drummer, but he doesnt understand how to play like Ringo. To play like Ringo, you really, really have to study his playing for many years. Hes the most unique and "strange" drummer in Rock and pop music
