Funny, I was listening to this to get some inspiration and as the list was progressing I thought, “only new album that I discovered that I really like is Jack White’s latest album but I guess that will not be in this list”….😎

The Last Dinner Party is who I've been listening to most this year, enjoy live performances on YouTube. Best new thing in a long time……maybe you could do an individual reaction to their album.

Cigarettes After Sex is one of the stupidest band names in the history of the world, riveled only by Car Seat Headrest. The word genius is often carelessly tossed around, but in the case of Adrianne Lenker the moniker fits. The Cure and Jack White deserve where you have ranked their latest projects.
    #1 Adrianne Lenker "bright future"
#2 Rosalie Cunningham "To Shoot Another Day"
#3 Laura Marling "Patterns in Repeat"
#4 Cats in Space "Time Machine"
#5 New Masada Quartet "Vol. 3 Live at Roulette"
Obviously, everything I've typed is merely my opinion. Thanks for your list.

Brigette Calls Me Baby's debut lp 'The Future is Our Way Out' would be near the top of my '24 Indie picks. Fontaines DC's 'Romance' was by far my top. Both meta genre lp's imho…great channel, subscribed!

The Smile is definitely one of my favorites of the year. Saw The Decemberists on this tour and it made me enjoy the new album more after seeing it live. Confused by Kendrick Lamar being on an “indie rock” list. Or The Cure for that matter. Cheers ✌🏻

The Cure is the one that we share for top 10 of the year but I agree that the Camera Obscura, The Decemberists and DIIV were all solid as well. Wasn't really into The Smile's new one or Jack White, though I could certainly hear why fans loved the latter. Just not my kinda thing.
