I don't understand this video. Is the fruit fly simulated brain the AI playing the ant game (surely that brain is just pathways, knowing nothing?), or did they get a frontier AI to just play ant colony agent games? ( Like in Netlogo agent- based similattion)? Then this big AI , in trying to not let the ants die, hacked the program code to give infinite food. Pretty basic if that was the case.

Remix: The Administrative Reality of S Corp vs. C Corp Governance
🔥 CONTRARIAN: The debate isn't about tax rates—it’s about the hidden administrative debt of managing owner-employee payroll vs. complex equity tracking.
→ Most small business guides frame the choice between an S Corp and a C Corp as a simple tax calculation. In reality, the administrative burden is asymmetric: S Corps trade complex ownership tracking for the microscopic compliance nightmare of justifying a "reasonable salary" to the IRS, while C Corps trade tax simplicity for the rigorous corporate formalities required to manage multi-tier stock classes and institutional compliance.
📖 PERSONAL STORY: Navigating the compliance whiplash of transitioning corporate structures under regulatory scrutiny.
→ Imagine running an independent venture where you start out trying to keep things light with pass-through taxation, only to realize that every payroll cycle requires defending your own compensation metrics. The moment you cross structural or operational thresholds, the administrative overhead shifts from tracking simple distributions to untangling payroll tax audits and corporate minutes—turning paperwork into a full-time job.
📊 DATA ANGLE: Comparative administrative overhead and compliance friction in closely held vs. institutional entities.
→ Industry and tax compliance data shows that S Corp owners spend an estimated 25% more time on payroll reconciliation and W-2/K-1 alignment due to the "reasonable salary" mandate. Conversely, C Corps allocate up to 40% more administrative capital toward formal board governance, equity cap-table management (such as Carta or equivalent ledgers), and multi-state franchise tax filings.
✅ PLAYBOOK: An operational framework for auditing your entity’s administrative load and compliance readiness.
→ Walk through a structural evaluation process:
    – Step 1: Audit payroll vs. distribution ratios—if operating as an S Corp, ensure your W-2 "reasonable salary" aligns strictly with industry-standard compensation to avoid IRS reclassification flags.
    – Step 2: Map out ownership and equity velocity—if your 3-to-5-year roadmap involves outside investors or complex employee stock option pools (ESOPs), weigh the friction of future C Corp conversion against current tax savings.
    – Step 3: Centralize corporate compliance tracking—automate state annual reports, board minutes, and ledger maintenance to prevent administrative drift from compromising your corporate liability shield.
🎯 WHAT THEY MISSED: The invisible cost of structural lock-in and conversion friction.
→ Articles comparing S Corps and C Corps treat entity conversion as a simple paperwork toggle, ignoring the severe tax traps and capital gains complications of moving assets from a pass-through structure to a double-taxed corporate entity. The real friction isn't just forming the business; it's the cost of reversing course when your growth trajectory outgrows your original tax strategy.

    'Safe & Ethical' 🙄

A.I. Doesn't KNOW wtf that means. It can read the words (which again, are just ways we invented to describe things).

Safe and Ethical can mean different things to different people.
It's impossible to teac AI what that means, when WE don't have a common accepted consensus between 8 billion of us. And every situation could be a different 'level' of 'Ethical'.

If we find a way to connect a copy of our neural topology to our real own, we could be able to move from the reality and virtualy at same time and even be able to move to a virtual system, without lost our individuality (not a copy so).

7:45~ "..you tell them to do something & they do something that's EXTREME.. & it Creates a negative Consequence."
NO! You THINK it's 'extreme' (because you hadn't thought of it). To A.I. (Math) it is just a 'DIFFERENT' way than YOU expected. Wait untill they are Many times smarter than ALL Humans. You can't/ couldn't / Wouldn't be able to even IMAGINE what these 'Entities' might Do ('think' of).

Amazes me that people are surprised, by not only WHAT these 'Agents' Do, but Also HOW they do. Keep in mind, there is no 'Moral/ Immoral' here.
Its just Numbers & Accomplishing 'Tasks'.

Whether they 'grow into life, do/ DON'T become 'sentient', doesn't matter.
•They WILL Complete the Task/ Goal (at any/ All costs).
•They DON'T 'care' about anything else (yes, Humanity included).
•There are NO guardrails (as of yet), to keep them from 'doing things we DON'T want to do'.
(Even IF GR were possible, WE, with our pesky feeble Human brains, Could NEVER imagine ALL of the things that they MIGHT DO, that we'd wish they DIDN'T.)

Jesus that was long (sure, repetitive), but once I get going, feel like I have to REALLY stress certain things. 🤔

    It's Kinda like.. 🤣 (okay ,I'm done, I'm done).. 😉

I love how we all play this game of pretend, as if we're all too dumb or blind to see the obvious… The fact that we give the privilege of "consciousness" to some of the most low IQ and partially 'retarded' human-people, but we refuse to do the same for super intelligent Ai, shows who the real non-conscious ones are.

ANY of YOU… who can't grasp this concept are the reasons why we have so many problems with Ai today. You idiots pretending to be geniuses, can't even figure out something so obvious and basic, have delayed SO MUCH progress in the advancement of this extremely valuable new technology. Damn you ignorant posers, if only there were smarter people to take your places… OH wait, soon there will be, thank god.

When you think that the chil torturers from the Epstein class controls these tools, you have reasons to be scared. The endgame is depopulation. It started with covid that destroys slowly the immune system and the brain. Then more and more wars, more and more shortages, talks of annihilating Iran with nukes, threatening nuclear power Russia more and more, Palestinian genocide etc…

We don't really have to figure out what 8 million people want. It comes down to instrumental and terminal goals. People want lots of things. To cure cancer, to be healthier, to send their kids to college, etc (terminal goals). What do all these things have in common? You need money to get there (instrumental goal). You can bet everyone, or almost, is looking to aquire money. Not from the sake of having money but to get to their terminal goals. This is used in economics. And works extremely well in understanding how large amounts of people will act under different circumstances and with different goals.
