When I was a kid I met Scott Baio, and I told him he had pretty eyes – he acted like I was calling him gay? He made me repeat it three times, and I think on the final one, he realized I had meant it literally. It was SO WEIRD! He’s homophobic and a bully.

So it's a joke at 3:20 but hospitals actually used to be independent businesses. Like many facets of American life, mergers have left most hospitals to have monopolies in their coverage area and this has in no small part contributed to the insane rise in medical costs.
So yes, there was a time when advertising your hospital actually made sense, and the fact there isn't now is why you overpay for healthcare. Now you know.

I watched this years ago as background tv and thought nothing of it apart from that it was simple daytime tv.
However, I sat down today with coffee etc thought I’d watch an episode for some nostalgia.

I know this video is a year old, but if you do ever want to look at Diagnosis Murder again, I think the one where Jesse is abducted by aliens (Alienated season 6-5) would be right up your alley. It features a Deep Throat esq character, George Takai as a MIB, and conspiracy theory’s galore. It was on TV a few weeks ago, and I just kept thinking “Roses would love this”.

Was it maybe an episode that aired on/around Halloween?
I remember all kinds of shows going off the rail with Halloween and Christmas episodes. Those episodes wouldn't be part of the canon, and the writers could get creative, killing off main characters, or making them the murderers for once, introducing one-time characters, having a minor side character be the star for one episode, or something supernatural happening.
