His basketball jersey number is 42, which was Jackie Robinson's number. So, it is definitely supposed to show acceptance of werewolves in basketball as a correlation to acceptance of blacks in sports.

So, this movie is absurd and vulgar, then?. It's rapey, racist, homophobic, fat phobic, topped off with airheaded, pretty valley girls and a single, empty jock.😅😅😅 I have the least problems with the werewolf part; though that was meant to be a caricature as well.
Yeah, I'm probably not going to watch this. I like Michael J. Fox a great deal, but I'll stick with Back to the Future. The only thing that really made me laugh was you all doing the Kill Bill part; the rest of this just wasn't a thing for me. I grew up in the 70s and 80s, just so you know. I was half expecting pig blood to fall on him in the gym dance scene. That would have been one hell of a callback!!😅😅😅😅

It was a lady. She said the shoot was long and the pants were uncomfortable. A few of the extras unbuttoned their pants for comfort while sitting. She forgot to button them back for the final scene

Went to an all Catholic HS in the 80s. No black kids and very few Asians (none on the basketball team haha). Remember, they lived in a small town, not the city.
