Yeah when I turned 18 I had to go to the secretary of state and filed for the draft…I'm only 39 so this was in 2000's…obviously we don't do the draft but we still make our 18 year old males sign up for it…I used to have the card that comes with it but I lost that wallet like 20 years ago and haven't seen it since
