‘Stranger Things’ Creators on their ‘Kate Bush’ Songs and the 2-Part Season 4 | Showrunners Sitdown
The fourth season of Netflix’s “Stranger Things” has been unlike its previous seasons both in tone (this time, it’s full horror) and the length of the show’s episodes (the finale, one of the two Volume 2 episodes premiering on July 1, will be two-and-a-half hours). But according to Matt and Ross Duffer — collectively known as the Duffer brothers — they had no other choice.

I'd respect these guys but they DID steal this IDEA (note not script) from a guy who successfully sued them. No doubt they made the show great but the fact they took it from someone is just no good.A film student/filmmaker will always be a narcissist with false humilty.

Just not a fan of the increasing gay agenda attaching itself to characters. First of all, gay stuff just isn't interesting and representation for representations sake is chipping away from story. Secondly, no one is born this way, there is no gay gene, its perpetuated perversion being introduced too early to children and studies show most non straight have been abused, before hollywood made it trendy that is. Now every teen is some kind of the alphabet because teens are dumb as sawdust.

Stranger Things Season 4 was excellent,, the fact that this season was shot at the height of the pandemic, so much hard work went into making the show 👏👏👏

I like this. It really gives you a zoom out version that even showrunners struggle in Hollywood, and it'd just not actors rejection stories

Stranger Things, The Umbrella Academy, all have been given given a chance to grow, but Netflix couldn’t give Cowboy Beebop chance to grow, it’s ALL Nitpix sorry Netflix!

Everyone understands that "Running Up That Hill" actually played no role in the season, .. right? We later learned that, contrary to what Robin and Nancy mistakenly THOUGHT they'd figured out from Victor Creel, music had nothing to do with Victor surviving Henry's original murder spree. Henry specifically didn't kill Victor so that Victor would be blamed for the murders. So the whole "Running Up that Hill" thing was a red herring. It's almost comical in-and-of-itself looking back.

They did awesome job of recreating the 80's stereotypes, every prop and detail. The actors portrayed the innocence of teenagers of the time magnificently. A time before social media which in my opinion has ruined everything.

Thank you Netflix for giving the Duffer Brothers a chance to make such a nostalgic series! This show has really gave me my childhood back and formed some comfort for me. The fact that millennials are so unpopular and these brothers came out swinging and pushing for what they believe in shows the world we aren’t lazy and have really good ideas of ppl would just listen! Thank you Duffer Brothers for producing and directing a masterpiece!

My guess is that the spin-off is going to be about Suzie Bingham's eccentric family. The Bingham family cast of characters were a bit too fleshed out to just be a plot device.
