In this video we analyze Salesforce’s AI strategy. Specifically looking at their Agentforce product which has come under criticism recently.

So all of the morons uploaded their customers' data to salesforce, but now they are surprised that they are getting bent over!? This is why the LLM scam called AI works. The companies keep giving their data without ever thinking twice about what that data actually means. Faaak Salesforce!

Claude can make a crm in a day and a really good one in a week. You can always also buy off the shelf ones like perfex etc. Anyone paying for salesforce is stupid especially if you guys knew how much they charge per seat! Its outrageous

It takes 10 years to adopt new technology. Anyone expecting things to immediately change is going to be waiting a while. Google and Amazon didn’t become giants instantly.

I work in the enterprise SAAS world, and focus on AI / etc. The big question I keep asking people is "What happens when the effective cost of software goes to zero?" — People will create their own "micro-app" for a specific use, use it once, then throw it away. For example, when building an app do some data analysis costs 5 minutes of vibe coding and $1.00 of AI tokens, software becomes a single-use item. This is what will drastically change the SAAS world.

I think "most aggressive in integrating ai" is an understatement. Salesforce seemed to just scrap everything and go full in on AI to the dismay of many customers. The platform wasn't built for data storage but now you need to buy Data Cloud to fully utilize Agentforce – the whole thing feels like a joke

As someone that uses Salesforce everyday I can say their software just sucks. Its poorly layed out and lacks functionality. They lie about features that "coming soon". Siebel was better than this crap

I love how AI has taken the golden egg of software, the idea that you can copy-paste a program an infinite number of times after you've developed it, making it a fixed cost
and they've just out and deleted that. The more customers you have using AI, the more it costs to deliver the service. Genius. Once in a generation wealth destruction event.

But AI can't build something remotely this size, and companies can't just hammer together their own SalesForce. There are endless amounts of logic and magic underneath that took decades for SalesForce to understand. And the customer wants SalesForce to just makes it work, rather than suffer some in-house vibe coded homebrew. I think these SaaS stocks are dramatically under-valued right now because everyone is over-estimating what AI can do, and I think you could make a killing buying SaaS stocks.

The entire AI business narrative is great: we will use these trillion dollar to build new business software to sell products to all the people who lost their jobs.

LOL, I can't believe it is allowed for people to advertize features that might be introduced at some point in the future. Clearly, having an honest job is for peasant like me, who are concerned about poor-people stuff like 'integrity' and 'morals'.
