Mary Jane Oatman is a citizen of the Nez Perce Tribe and the founder of the Indigenous Cannabis Coalition (ICANNC) and Tribal Hemp and Cannabis Magazine. Dedicated to the preservation and restoration of Native Nations sovereignty, she educates and advocates for the acceptance of cannabis and natural healing through the sharing of Native cultural teachings.
