Lottery tickets sound like a great idea if you only talk to the winners.

I've thought about this and while there are many reasons to write yourself off I think a big one is that you compare yourself with how you are NOW only.
I'm a parent now with 2 kids and let me tell you, NO ONE is 100% ready for things they've never experienced.
You're calmer when the 2nd kid comes around because you've done it before but the first? Mortified.
But you learn as you go and even if you don't know what you're doing at first you learn on the job. If you CAN LEARN then you can do it.
take calculated risks in life people. You don't want to be on your deathbed thinking about the life you could've had if you had grown some balls; there's nothing you can do at that point. You're not guaranteed success; that's why its a risk. But if you act like there's no chance of you succeeding ( modern doomer culture ) then you're guaranteed failure.

He's a bit frosty to her in the beginning. Why do men hate older women so much? It's annoying. I'm not old but I am not 'hot' and I get this from men all the time – liek you're annoying them just by breathing. anyway she was lovely.

I can relate to this story , its similar and a different career path. More stories should be told like this.
Just like he ended saying, its for everyone and in different ways.

Risks are only good if they work out well in the end. If else, then you'll be bloody chastised for takin' 'em! 😂🤣😂 So, basically, if you're unsuccessful… yer a dumbarse. That's the reality of how society works, baby. 💪😎✌️ Be rich or be a loser.

I love when wealthy people comment about taking risks, really you took risks – His mother a very well know law clerk to a supreme court justice and lawyer for a multi million dollar real estate developer, and his father was a doctor. He was a legacy kid that got into Harvard. During the late night battle for the tonight show – he was fired and given $40 million dollars and still complained. I'd rather hear from folks who really lived it.
