Presidents Who Lived Wild Lives Before Taking Office
Few professions in the world are as scrutinized and well-documented as the Presidency of the United States of America, so it might seem like every single aspect of all the former presidents’ lives has already been covered. But sometimes there’s just as much interesting material from before they were president as there is from their time in the White House. It takes an extraordinary kind of person to run for the highest station in America, so it makes sense that extraordinary origin stories are the norm for Oval Office occupants.

I'm surprised they stopped with Bush Sr and never even touched on any of the first four who followed him, including his own son, who was rumored to have been something of a Wild Child before he sobered up and got his life together-ish.

Ah shucks Cleetos, no President ever before, has done anything like Trump, he top Trump's them all! This is because, he has been an astronaut, a cowboy, a soldier, an airman, a biker, superman, sheriff, race car driver, secret agent, to name but a few, and he has a collection of photos from his life to prove it! He's currently adding to his resume, by becoming defendant Trump, and convicted felon, and traitor Trump, can't see any other President beating that wide range of personal experiences!

Lincoln preferring to duel with a broad sword is pretty badass.

I'm a direct descendent of Edward Doty, a passenger and indentured servant on the Mayflower. He is noted in the history books as being one of the two people to be in the first duel in the New World. It was with knives and they both survived.

The first Bush gets great respect for his military service, but dang, he was as lousy a president as his son was.

Jimmy Carter cleaned a nuclear reactor when he was in the Navy!! That should totally have been included! Or, for volume II 👀
You should also do one about what presidents did after their presidencies.

The book The Real Lincoln by Thomas DiLorenzo really shows what a true piece of garbage Lincoln was. I mean, he was a war criminal after all.
