Did Nietzsche become a superman? No, he didn’t .He became mentally ill.
Nietzsche said that God is dead, but Nietzsche is dead and God is alive.
Psalm 53:2 “A madman said in his heart “ there is no God”

    "… however, on january third…"
    What year?!
    Fcol.
You make it seem, like over 9* years (iirc) were actually just one, as if all of that happened in the same year; even his death, by this odd depiction (which was another 11 years from that horse hugging scene!!)

In fact, the split with Reé and Salomé was even further back even than those 9 or so years, I think.
There was still a period, for instance, were his sister jealously intermingled with his attempts to get romantically involved with Lou (remember that the next time, you watch that limitlessly stupid book-burning scene from "The Day After Tomorrow"!)

    EDIT
*) Actually, it's less than 7 years, not more than 9; had to check it.
There are also signs of Salomé having a rather loose sexual life, so the relationship between the three may not have been entirely platonic.

"… to establish a new Germany."
By my recollection, they were a little more unambiguous about, what they wanted to create:
They called it an "arian colony"… literally.
(Well: "Arische Kolonie" would be "literally". Pardon my french!)

    … also: they failed miserably!

If there is anyone curious, here are the three steps on how to get saved, and be right with God who loved us all, for eternal life!

As anyone at all can get saved! :[)

1-Realize that everyone has sinned before God in some way or another.

    Romans 3: 10+23 (KJB)

    10. "As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:"

    23. “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.”

2-Realize that God loved us, even as wicked sinners, enough to allow Jesus to pay the full price for our sins as a freely given gift.

    Romans 5: 8-9 (KJB)

    8. “But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us."

9."Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him."

3-Confess unto God, asking to be forgiven of your sins by accepting this free gift of forgiveness, that is given freely to whosoever does so.

    1 Corinthians 15: 1-4 (KJB)

    1."Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;

2."By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.”

3."For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;”

4."And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:”

    Romans 10: 9-10+13 (KJB)

    9. “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.”

10."For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."

13."For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.”

Otherwise you will have to face Gods eternal judgment for your sins without having the free gift of salvation from Jesus Christ, which is to burn forever in hell, all to not sin ever again.

    Hebrews 9: 27-28 (KJB)

27."And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:"

28."So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.”

    Revelation 21: 8 (KJB)

"But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.”

    Romans 6: 23 (KJB)

“For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”

(Lastly here is an example of what to pray to God to get saved and forgiven of your sins.)

“Dear God, I am a sinner and need saving.

I know I’m not good enough to get to heaven and I need you to save me.

I need the righteousness of your son, Jesus Christ.

I believe that Jesus is the Lord, who died, was buried and resurrected so that his precious blood can wash away my sins.

I trust in him alone to save me.

    Nothing else.

Not my good works or anything else.

    Only Jesus.

I pray this in Jesus’ name, Amen.”

Asian people always say the same words when I tell them about Genealogy of morals without the name of the author…they say you are very deep…but in truth Nietzsche is deep …it is not me.

9:44 – i wonder if this is somewhat in tension with nietzsche's critique of slave morality, since, slave morality, says nietzsche was born out necessity. ofc a notable difference is that nietzsche says slave morality is steeped in ressentiment.

in my opinion the concept of master and slave moralities easily lend themselves to enabling violence and oppresion just by themselves. if he thinks revolt of the enslaved class is just jealous squabbling for power ( 6:34 ) he resembles postmodernist theorists like foulcault who say that attempts at revolution will cause power to assert itself in a new and insidious way . this is likely to occur during nihilism when the universal values brought by the concepts of religion and democracy collapse , but if the ubermensch isn't realized , we are stuck in a cycle of violence that amor fati says we should just accept . personal and ineffective solution to any society wide problem … anyway i was looking up more information on nietzsche since the only things i heard about him were an analysis of a show i like with his master/slave framework , the women as dangerous playthings quote, and a political rebuttal to his work . i'm still a little confused as to what this guy actually believed but thank you for this video

I never understood the idea of worshiping a god and then putting yourself down in honor of that god ,if that makes sense. If you work created by a god then you would think that god would want you to be self-reliant and resilient.

Some only believe we need religion in order to keep us under control, it's a mistake and a crutch.

If it was for nearly 2 years now but working their way out of it slowly, it's been currently traumatic but I've learned quite a bit about myself. But I can handle and what I will put up with before taking a stand.

I also am just getting over the flu, I'm pretty sure it's the flu but it's been horrible. It's now Thanksgiving and I'm spending it alone on an empty stomach, fortunately I do have a couple Mike's harder lemonade haha, priorities right?

The way I look at it right now, my life is an absolute disaster. I have much work to do and it's just going to be more traumatic as I go but I will get there eventually. They're suppose it helps to feel this way because, knock on wood, things could get you worse, right? I was anticipate things getting worse but I'm doing my best not to have the attitude that things can't improve. I'm doing my best.

Thank you @Sisyphus for the video. I had used it for a gen philosophy class project and my professor really liked it. Especially the ending quote of becoming oneself.
