Kentucky resident here I was hauling ass in a back road one day. The county sheriff pulled me over and said hey _ (my name) I said hey bubba. He asked why I was going so fast I said my ex girlfriend left me for a cop and I thought he was bringing her back to me. He laughed and sold me some weed I love rural Kentucky

I live down south i got pulled over by a state trooper on a county road pulling my tractor. He said it didn't look like i had it chained down. Then proceeded to ask where i bought what type transmission it had, etc. After showing him the tractor he said have a nice day.

Southeastern states are way more rural than you guys. The Midwest is full of twinks, we barley have any of that trash. I live in Tennessee, and the only place where that stuff flies is in government jobs, and far northern Tennessee. The only place in the Midwest where people are not leftists are not rampant is Rural Texas.

I know the exact intersection Charlie is talking about, it is where Shooters was. Don't act like you can't navigate Wisconsin by Strip Club. Right at Shooters, keep going past the Gentlemen's Club (now a furniture store apparently), just before you hit Steven's Point. Keep going past Wasua past the Landing Strip and you'll be in Oshkosh in no time for the air show. And if you need burn up some surplus lead head to Shiocton for that sweet 100+ yard range… filthy cheddars….

Midwest Cop is spot on. After flying into the Northwoods of Wisconsin for vacation, getting a rental car and cabin keys, we went out for Friday Fish Fry at a favorite place. Leaving, there was so much traffic backed up on the dark roads, local police were directing. My husband got the signal to proceed and was immediately pulled over.
Officer asked if he had been drinking. It's Wisconsin and yes, he admitted he had two brandy Old Fashions (state cocktail of Wisconsin). The officer asked why my husband was driving with no headlights. We had picked up the car in the afternoon and just assumed the headlights automatically came on.
The officer asked my husband to step out of the car. This is not a good start for vacation.
Then, the officer slid behind the wheel and invited my husband to watch….the officer showed him how to turn on his headlights and set them for automatic.
Then, they shared opinions about the best Fish Frys in the area. Soon, we were on our way! ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

From my limited experience, I would say rural vs city police, but nowadays city cops donโ€™t even bother pulling you over unless itโ€™s something blatant

    Also university police: โ€œare you a student here?โ€ No. โ€œHave a good day.โ€
