I feel like the only differences between Canadians and Midwest USA-ian’s is use of the term “Eh,”. (Also the use and insane intake of maple syrup, eh?!)
I've said it before, I'll say it again: I'm a born Marylander with midwest parents. This channel constantly makes me feel like I'm not completely insane or completely alone.
I'm a 30 yr old Man born and raised Minnesotan still living in Minnesota. I love spicy stuff and even eaten Raw Carolina Reapers with hardly any difficulty/issue. But I have some relatives and knew some other people who genuinely feel Black Pepper is too spicy for them.
As a New Englander that acts this way at restaurants & has hard cringe when others don’t, I now see why I relate to you guys so often!! Taking my first trip to Milwaukee this winter, only plans are to take brewery tours, but I’ll be on the lookout for small bars with cheap food, friendly people and pull tabs!!

Same with the "oop, sorry" in the grocery aisle but refuses to apologize when it matters. Intergenerational replication of unprocessed trauma – as we learn to be better over generations.
