The Secret Service sniper who shot Thomas Crooks gave an account that journalist Ken Silva says conflicts with the notes he wrote after the Butler assassination attempt. Silva joins Danny Jones to examine the response to the gunfire and the questions he believes remain about when the sniper first saw the gunman. The conversation begins with the sound of the shots, as Danny and Silva listen for the difference between a local officer’s return fire and the later Secret Service shot.
Silva argues that the local officer played a crucial role in stopping Crooks from continuing to fire. He discusses the damaged rifle and explains why he believes the officer’s bullet struck the gunman or his weapon. That interpretation remains disputed. The conversation also considers the difficulty of Crooks’s shot and the pressure created by police approaching the roof. Danny asks how long the Secret Service teams took to respond and whether the sniper who fired has spoken publicly about what happened.
The later discussion focuses on the congressional interviews. There were three suppressed shots and then Maxwell Yearick fired 5 shots. Crooks did not fire a shot. Yearick was the dead guy on the roof…not Crooks.

So many hotshots would try to say they could make that shot easy either to kill OR clip his ear, I simply asked them would you be confident enough to shoot an apple off your child's head at 150 yards like William Tell? If they said yes I assumed they were psychotic and didn't have kids.

It’s so wild I saw this as it was occurring in real time on tv from the broadcast of his rally, which he’s had 100’s probably 1000’s and mainstream didn’t cover but a couple it’s just so Weird the whole thing! Him in a blackrock commercial, how they allowed this man on the only roof in the vicinity, The crowd was telling the police for 5 -9 minutes before the shooting occurred and secret service left him on the stage, foreign bank accounts and his house completely scrubbed clean not even any silverware! And we still have zero evidence or justification or any kind of accountability! The craziest part to me though is just how close DJT came to becoming JFK! I though pt he had got shot in real time and it’s crazy to think about just how close that was man, literally less then a pencil width from probably a civil war and absolute chaos!

The local cop DID STOP CROOKS! The SS sniper with the 300 mag did finish off crook. The local cop hit is weapon and made it non functioning. Crooks was also fragged in the face with flying shrapnel and sat up stunned until he was put to sleep with the Dome Hit

The cop that stopped the shooting should be given some kind of recognition or award. The long delay of the sniper shot could have been because he thought crooks was dead. With that scope and range he could see hairs in his nose. I’d bet the cops shot disabled crooks. The sniper hones in on him and when crooks moves again some 10 seconds later, the sniper ends it. I wasn’t there, I didn’t stay in a holiday inn express, but what I’m saying is logical. Too bad it doesn’t match the snipers testimony……..
