Come on Jeremy, you're talking to me (us). I'm only 27 seconds in and you say that you "decide to try fly fishing". Then, in the very next scene, you're double hauling. Ha ha ha! Methinks you may have been down this fly fishing road once or twice previously. Ha ha ha!
It would appear that, as well as a top fisherman, you are a comedian as well.

Works great although it https://www.youtube.com/post/UgkxLoZpKHn4w7dtzXk1eygBlOhbLxuVe3uD took a while to figure out how to reverse it. Nearly disassembled the entire thing. Looks better than my Redington Rise 5/6 reel too.

Jeremy the double haul casting technique would help you greatly for distance casting or you could go with Spey rods which for men start at 16 feet in length!

I'm a big fan of concept behind Jeremy's video's. However, as an avid fly fisherman who recently returned from Mexico catching Tarpon I'm a bit distracted by his lack of skill for this style of fishing. The setting for this video is amazing and love to see unique species caught fly fishing but the amateurish skill and outfitting of Jeremy is a big distraction. Please go back to big tackle for big fish.

Like your show and channel Jeremy. If I may suggest when you cast you look like you are using your whole upper body. Try casting like you have a book under your upper arm and you can’t let it fall . Then swing the rod tip from 10 to 2 o’clock using the rods power to cast back then forward.
