Not a huuuuge fan of that dealer pressuring the table to ride that stallion up top. With Gossamer's Rule flipped up, you don't always have pot odds in this spot. You see this situation all the time – I've heard it called Dickie's Dilemma up north, but usually we call it the Texas Two-Step around where I play.
