Thanks for watching and letting us experiment with some new video styles! If you have any science questions that we could tackle in a skit, ask away! New WHITEBOARD video out next week 🙂

This is what happens when you try Christian unstructured yoga instead of Hindu Yoga(traditional one). Please don't do yoga if you don't want. We don't need certifications from you

Many thanks, I been tryin to find out about "what is yoga exercise all about?" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of – Fonylan Inconceivable Future – (do a search on google )?

It is a smashing one of a kind guide for discovering how to get your sexiest body minus the headache. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my brother in law got amazing results with it.

I'm 38 and I always tell friends or even Dr's about your channel, simple Straight for, and to the point. I also love when you get into a molecular level. But that's just me. Personally I did not relate to this video. It came across as a rip-of " Adam ruins everything" Which I don't tell my friends about because it's a little too kiddy from my demographic. I'm not saying this new video is back is just not my demographic. I'm busy so short and to the point it's more my thing. But maybe this new video will work for you.

I loved the sketch! Reminds me of “Adam Ruins Everything” 🙂 and thank you SO MUCH for bringing science to yoga! As a yogini myself I feel yoga has so much unfulfilled potential thanks to the typical rejection of incorporating actual scientific studies into something that’s been done for centuries (as if this has ever been a proof of something good). Keep up with your awesome work!!

I love all of your videos including this one! I love seeing your faces.
    >>just wanted to mention I've been watching for 6 years!

Also, as someone who does yoga I just wanted to say that in my experience that yes, yoga can hurt you. But you're going to know that you're hurting yourself. Either you push a stretch much too hard or you fall and get unlucky. In 11 years of doing yoga I have only hurt myself one time, and that's because my son jumped on me while I was doing a weird pose.

It does really help with alot of things including posture, sleep, energy, and mindful eating (I actually didn't realize that was a benefit until I watched this video, but I thought about it and it's true).
In my opinion….Everyone who's physically capable, should do at least 10 minutes of yoga every day. It's just so good for you. And you'll probably want to do more than that once you start doing it anyways.
