SCIENCE

I can’t believe this study is real.

No Lab Coat Required | October 4, 2024

🟣The American Heart Association had a big ole meeting and one of the researchers present shared their work. It’s an abstract of a study, the full study has yet to be released. The researchers found a 91% increased risk of dying of cardiovascular disease of those that restrict their eating window down to less than 8 hours. Fascinating find. In this video, I break the study down.

Ive been eating one or 2 meals a day, lunch and supper, for a a few years now. I dont like to eat a lot anyway, i consider this fasting and i have fasted for a whole 3 days before as well, i believe 3 days is enough anyways. I eat like this so the food i eat isnt fully stored as fat.
From around 12:00 to 15:00 ill eat and possibly again around 18:00 to 23:00
But it depends how much i eat, if i eat a big meal for lunch im good till tomorrow lunch, if i eat a medium meal for lunch ill eat a small meal for supper, or a small meal for lunch and a medium for supper.
Ive had no problems eating this way. Sometimes i dont eat for a whole day because i dont care to eat anything.
I do drink a lot of coffee so that keeps me from feeling hungry anyway.

wow who would have thought discordered eating from fasting would cause this… wasnt there a 1920s experiment that proved this already?? they had some men eat normal and some caloric restrict/fast and exercise and the ones that did had worse health….

Follow the money, who funded or helped fund the study? The sugar industry funded research done by Harvard on heart disease where Harvard implicated fats and other foods but not processed sugar that the industry was making.

The problem with scientific study is count and chemical reaction. One people are chemically different. Not everyone will have the same results. Some not even close and only a few will have similar results. Two testing people. The average test is demographically done. Which would explain only a certain region is tested. With that you have to take into account the environment. The amount of decay according to the atmosphere. Results will always vary and reporting the most common results is probably what you end up with. Not confirmable data. Not verifiable and the probability of exact same results is closer to none. Or not one.

Old frail sick people tend to wear warmer clothing. They also are likely to take vitamins. They have a mortality of 100%. To blame the sweaters or the vitamins misses the preconditions. Science is hard.

WOW! I'm not even surprised they came out with such a huge lie. Especially since a lot of us are waking up to this genetically modified food we are fasting we are detoxing our bodies! Heavy metal detoxes colon cleanses and More! Fasting is Good in so many ways. Wow just wow

Follow the money. Who.paid for this 'research'? Read any of Dr Jason Fung's books on fasting and you will find dozens of studies over the last 100+ years that twll you fasting is very healthy.
