For commune reasons, my wife drives my truck to work. One day, leaving work on the parking lot, my way tells a coworker, "The owners truck, it's really pretty right," the coworker replied I like yours more, since then she cleans and already tinted the windows to make it look more beautiful. My point is that sometimes, we envy other people material things without knowing ours aren't that bad

With my maladaptive daydreaming, I am not even comparing myself to real people. My fantasies are impossible. I’ll never be taller, never be a woman, never be a wizard or a knight or some fantastic storybook protagonist. So I tend to not even work. At least the guy in the story works – I never even begin, because reality seems lacking.

Noah is now in his 50's and have multiple chronic diseases and illness due to overwork and stress, then he met William Shatner who looks younger and healthier than him, and wondered if he could ever be that happy.

It’s 22 of November 2024. Let this comment be a reminder to myself that I don’t have a choice but to put in the work. I have realised after months of self reflection that sadness doesn’t come from the things you do, but instead it comes from the things you don’t do, which are supposed to be done. I am making a promise to myself that by the 22nd of November next year, I will learn how to put in the work.
