52K is a lot of money for mistakes. But in the grand total of Building the house and all the decorating and furnature / outdoor landscaping, i bet its maybe 5 % of the total cost.
Its still a lot, dont get me wrong.

Arun, I have a small suggestion regarding your drink cabinet.
You should use UV-filtered container and make sure it's actually airtight by checking if it actually has a silicone ring on the lid. I know it's in cabinet but sunlight will still leak through and the moisture will built up regardless.

Did you ever think "this house is too big"? I have lived in a massive house before (that wasn't as big as this seems to be) and even that was feeling like way too much work. How many cleaning staff do you have? And also … how much of that stuff will be replaced after that baby becomes a toddler and starts running around breaking stuff (as she/he WILL whatever you think you can do against that)
