This is why any state law to ban masks for law enforcement needs to also include some form of registered identifier. The fact theyre hiding their identities makes it nearbimpossible to get them into court for violations of civil rights. Even just a basic "ICE: 98765" would be an identifier you coukd use in court.

idk why upholding the law is controversial. i thought assaulting, harassing or impeding officers was a crime. also, i thought not having some form of legal status was against the law. i love to help people but, the job of the government is to support its citizens and when i see homeless americans not getting the resources they should it makes me question the left. I see it as a child trying to care for every sick puppy but never follows through. if we can stop using vulnerable people as marketing tools and actually create a better trajectory im down for paying for that. it's like they say on every flight put your mask on before helping others.

26:51 I didn't think they were equal. It always seemed that Congress had more power. They make or change the law or constitution, they approve both justices and the leaders of the executive branch and can remove them. They can over rule the executive branch, their laws can reverse judgements.

States refusing to capitulate to the dictatorship have one difficult option which they choose to ignore because ignorance is easier. That option is called "independence." While becoming an independent country is a difficult transition, independence is the only hope for a people who want to remain free, humane, civilized, liberal and decent, and a people who want to see their children grow up in a humane society.

I'm wondering about state's rights vs Federal now that DOJ civil rights division has Harmeet Dillon & others there who are already threatening to come into states whenever they conduct elections…
These Federal DOJ voting "observers" would be bad enough, but so many places already have election deniers in charge of many polling places or persons who were trained by the likes of Steve Bannon, Roger Stone & other partisan MAGA tRumpers who don't care HOW they win elections at all.

At its core, I love Iowa. I grew up here. I went to school here. My family is here, my house is here. I live in a great community…….but man……in times like this, I really wish I never moved back from Minnesota…..The main reason Iowa isn't so bad for me is that I'm a straight white dude with a steady income, it's not the same for others who don't look or identify the same as me and that….that sucks….but I figure its my duty as someone who has the privileged position I have to stay and fight, because realistically speaking, I'm not the one in danger

Makes sense ICE can enforce federal immigration law deporting illegals or those with deportation orders. But when they detain and deport migrants on temporary protective status and awaiting asylum hearing or otherwise in the country legally, they are no longer acting within federal law. I believe that authority comes by executive order to enforce laws from congress rather it is creating a new authoritarian law.

It would seem to me that it would be easier to defend disobeying an order, on the belief that the order is unlawful, if the people whose ob it is to advise troops have been removed.

Finally you are only the second youtuber that has even TALKED about the states ability to resist Trump. I've been saying since jan that states need to arrest and jail ICE agents.They break state laws every day. Moreoever, the governors need to deputize 100,000 armed volunteer citizens whose only task is to arrest and jail ICE agents, so their training is not full State Police (e.g. California has like 6 month training program (done here in West Sacramento, I've been to the facility, which btw has a "racetrack" around the facility for training pursuits…). So far the Governors have done nothing but blah blah, they act like chicken shits, afraid of Trump. Whether these arrests are "legal" or not, it doesn't matter, Trump doesn't follow any laws or court rulings. They should just arrest and jail them and ignore any federal court orders. What can they do about it? Particularly if they deputize citizens into a task force, the State Police will outnumber ICE agents 100:1, if they deploy 100 to terrorize an apartment building, 1000 State Police will arrest them with guns drawn, they can use deadly force if they don't obey, and ICE will be instantly killed if they try to resist with force. They are all cowards anyway. It is well past time to make a stand against Trump gestapo, and do it BEFORE the mid terms, so they will all be in prison when elections happen.

QUESTION- Ms Miller
I’ve heard you say before many of your listeners are disabled, I am wondering if you can check into the danger or threat of the social safety nets failing. SNAP, HUD, Social
Security. I heard that Sec 8 is in danger- and this will force many more people to be homeless. And that they are wanting to build “work camps” for homeless or are they also going to round up van lifers as well or any and all persons who have disabilities who lives in low income housing. Are there going to be poor houses again or work farms like the 1800’s and mental asylums?What can we do to prepare or to prevent such things happening to us? Those of us who are unable to leave the country? Or is there another country to move to who would take disabled people?

QUESTION: Would you consider doing a video outlining what we actually know about the Epstein files? What they consist of, how much information there is, who has (or had) access to it , and – most importantly- how we could verify that any files that are released after Rep. Grijalva is seated and the discharge petition passes are the complete and original files, rather than a selective release, or even a deepfake to protect those the administration wants protected. Or possibly even prosecute those who they want prosecuted – if the Epstein files suddenly incriminate Gavin Newsom and Adam Schiff while exonerating Trump, for example. When we get this stuff, can we verify it? (BTW, never said this before, though I've been watching your channel for months: thank you for everything you do.)

So the east wing was built in 1942. It's had very little historic significance as it was a pretty basic office building. Built in modern times. The new east wing will be something the country can be proud of and the interior decoration can be changed by future presidents. I really could care less if Trump makes it look gaudy and ugly on the inside. It looks like he plans to make the exterior match the actual white house a lot better then the old building. Again, your tds is clouding your judgement.
