As soon as I saw the title and realized what I was seeing, I was loudly crying "NO!!!", and I couldn't help but start crying. I love Roast Beef so much! He was such a wonderful part of your videos, and an amazing assistant!

I am so sorry for your loss, Henry, but I am glad that he lived such a long, full, happy life. He must have made you so happy, and he made so many of us happier every time we saw him on screen as well. We are all better off for having known him (even through a screen)! Thank you to you and to Roast Beef for giving us so much enjoyment and educating us at the same time!

My friends and I have been watching Henry's Kitchen (admittedly on-and-off) for about a decade. As great as your cooking tutorials are, I'd argue that Roast Beef stole the show any time he was on camera. He will be dearly missed.

Awwww man…..thanks for adding some humor to his obituary. My daughter is facing this now…..she's broken-hearted since her 16-year-old Belle is in kidney failure. Long live Roast Beef in our hearts.
