I tried to make this, but I had a problem with the avocado. I don’t think mine was as ripe as yours. Oh well. I’ll try again when avocados come back in season. Thanks for sharing this great recipe, Henry!!!

I went into the grocery store and asked the guy where they kept their stoked pampica. The guy looked at me funny, and told me that I must have gotten the name wrong. I told him that his grocery store probably just sucked, because there was this professional chef on YouTube that uses it all the time. He got mad and kicked me out. I’m never going there again. But that’s fine because I don’t really want to anyway.
