Hopefully they treat the source material better thsn the original films. I feel like the only person who doesent like the films, especially the later ones. So much was missed out.

Why remake a movie that was already done. All they did differently is make Snape black 😅 Just rewatch the originals over again with the originals.

I said this when I first saw it this looks like the movie. They would have came out better copying the game. They didn't because egos to big to share. They'd rather take a great loss than share. They better learn to be like Marvel. Share and gain billions. I know it wasn't popular sharing Spiderman but it's still paying off.

Why did they make Molly Weasley look like Peg Bundy from Married With Children? I don't believe she had enough time or money to do crazy hair and makeup like that.

The first two movies also felt closer to the books in general, so there will probably be more "this feels like the movies" vibes in the first two seasons.

Ignoring the obvious black Snape controversy by Looper is ingenuine and dishonest in a review. There's 74% dislikes on this video, I am sure some are for that reason alone. People expect you to do better.

For fans of the movies, we have such a sense of the original characters. The casting was brilliant throughout, and it's hard to imagine they could do better in the TV series. Sure, there will be additional plot points they left out of the movies, but it made the movies tighter, and I'm not sure these additions to the series will make it better. We shall see. I'll probably watch it in any case!

anyone saying the series is unnecessary because of the movie hasn't read the books. There was a ton of important parts of the story that were left out of the movie. And I suspect they plan to explore all those omitted parts.

They could have worked on Naruto instead of remaking Harry Potter !
