I don’t know if that’s Deja vu, but I have similar experiences to this, but with the anime shows I watch, I mean when I see a show for the first time, I feel like I was physically in these shows. I don’t have it as bad as this person, but it’s weird, regardless.

    It does not matter..
If you lived a happy life.. or spent it mostly being sad.

You always just did what you felt like.

Its not an achievement to say.. "Oh I was happy my whole life"

Think bigger.. You just lived a movie. And you lived it some way.

I experience the 1st 4-5 minutes. and I'm on Lexapro and some seizure drugs!! I think that remember things before they happen but only for a short while, I'm trying to think what they said it was, has to do with short term memory. Also do you guys who don't have seizure problems ever get that experience?

One time i swear i remember a rabbit shooting a door while i was clicking it open but, i didn't know where i saw that but years later i played a game called cube escape birthday, then the same exact rabbit was shooting the door open and i had recalled the memory and had deja vu and when i played the other games it felt very familiar and comforting like i have played it before.
And for another instance i predict how i was going to go to my aunts house and lose something and look for it in a dream.

I once had deja vu when replacing a switch cover. never replaced one with the round turning knobs, had no idea how to take it off when I had deja vu of my brother coming over and showing me they just pop right off, and so I tried it, and sure enough it worked. a few specific things happened like that before, but I wouldn't stray from the deja vu, and they would happen exactly like it did in it. could never retrospectivly say for sure, it wasn't just my memory messing up when it happened, until this.

The thing is, he was going to die and “lose everything” regardless if he had these visions, regardless if the world were to end or not. Our world ends at one point, so what difference does it make to know that the world will carry on without you and you won’t know what it’s up to and knowing that the world would be up to nothing when you’re gone?

His questions are everyone’s questions, why would anything matter if the world will end? My world, my life?

This describes more of a psychic than a de ja vu sufferer .. my daughter is 14 and gets de ja vu quite often, i used to as a child but not as much as an adult.. but as an adult have had these psychic moments many times, or audio/visual hallucinations.. but i knew the doctors in this story would try and "cure" this gift with meds! The thing is uf youre going to doctors because these things scare you, they will try and medicate you back to "normal ".. people need to fear less, and embrace these rare and enlightening things our brains may gift us with .. lose the fear!!

This is very similar to my experience for the last few years, my doctor says it's because of psychosis, i've been unable to really comprehend time for so long now it doesn't bother me but when i get strong deja-vu i get really bad anxiety because i visibly see like a little movie of something happening before it does and it freaks me out and leaves me waiting for it to happen, usually my mom coming in my room but she rarely does

idk if anyone or you see or read this comment, and i dont care what u guys think and what u guys believe or is this fact or lie but im just gonna say that its happening to me. no but literally.

so i have multiple times and these days been so much deja vu experience happen to me.

but this one is so weird deja vu experience, cause like i write something thats the next day our teacher write it in the blackboard. right, so so weird, and scary.

so i dreamed that im in class and write what teacher wrote on the blackboard,

then i wake up from bed and i go to school, then the first lesson is the same teacher, same words that we should wrote in our book, then i look that the book, its already written in the book… so i keep saying and confirming to my friend that : "did we already write this?" and they responded either just silent or confused or say "we havent write that" and continue write. And when i show this to my teacher theres some word thats wrong and missing but mostly its correct..

i dont really think of it cause that time i was in elementary school and literally like still 10 y.o if im not wrong so

i still dont know why it happen and when i tell people they always just respond like confused and doesnt really care or think that i lie (which is normal)…

so im really curious if some people have a experience like me or no? please tell me im gonna wait 🙂

or maybe u guys or anyone can explain this? i need some light :,)

Remembering memories of the future that are activated by the scenario of the current moment. Somehow the brain is able to store memories of past AND future up until you die. We only know of future memories subconsciously but sometimes they poke through.

I think a lot of people don't know what deja vu is lol
The 99% if us could count on 2 hands the number of times we have experienced such a phenomenon/ sensation. I've said this in reply to a different comment already, but we only have Deja Vu between the ages of 18-28. Give it take 2-3 years…

Deja vu is really hard to explain but it's basically your brain making a mistake interpreting time by a fraction of a second.
He basically says this at 4:00. Except the doctor/psychologist IS explaining deja vu. Not what this guy is experiencing. Obviously. There's a lot of mistakes our brains make. I always compare it to "the top of your tongue" sensation. That's because your trying to remember a word. And your brain is trying to help by blocking other [words]. But the word/ name your trying to remember gets blocked too.

I do actually get that feeling about that sometimes. I have a vision about something, then forget about it, and a few months later it happens. Not nearly as frequently as in the story tho.

Seeing these comments about everyones expierience with deja vu and derealization is really helping me feel sane again. The feeling of living out your entire life in mere seconds, dying, seeing the fabric of reality, the feeling of experiencing whats actually real and life is just a lie guided by filters our brain puts on to comprehend whats going on. It all never makes sense but im happy that its not just me
