Toby's getting to the age where he'd really benefit from a ramp for the truck. Those big breeds can really struggle with hip issues and arthritis as they get older.

Toby looks fantastic!! Seeing the fowl dart under your gate to follow you was adorable! Was the black chicken who was interested in Abby's dinner the same one that is always interested in Bluey and Bingo's food? Looking forward to little ducklings or goslings, or both!!

Protip: I found you can buy one of the high-speed dryers like the groomer uses for not-very-much-money overall. Not only can it be used to shed the dogs, but it is also very effective at shedding YOU afterwards (which protects your washing machine). Getting one won't replace the groomer, as there's more to a good groom than just the blow-out, but it could help you get the worst of the shed off of them without needing to leave the farm – and at just the right time, since dogs shed at their own time and not necessarily when they have a grooming appointment. Could also help you shed goats, too….or any cattle that may eventually be trained to let you even attempt it.

It might also be he's a tiny bit car sick. My BC wont take treats or eat in the car at all. but after 5 mins out of the car she feels better to nibble a bit.
