   Given her love of food and the fact she ignores nutrition, you can't really say it's her 'frame' or the 'behavior of her cells'.

   breaking from childhood eating patterns is really hard. besides having to learn how to cook food you’re not familiar with, for the first two years, yes years, your body will scream for what it’s used to. after two years it doesn’t go away, but it starts to fade. eventually, maybe 5 to 7 years down the line, you will adjust to your new normal. but even then, occasionally, you’ll crave something from your childhood food favorites.
   if you’re only changing your diet because you’re convinced it the smart thing to do, or cuz someone else wants you to, it’s gonna be nearly impossible, cuz unless you really want to… unless you want to, it’s not going to work.

   Ya know, our food culture and environment combined with our evolutionary tendencies and cellular defaults and the hyper abundant and palatable food we have today make it really difficult to not overindulge. Give yourself a little break, Fortune. You're more than the number on the scale, you're awesome!❤

   Oh wow… I didn’t even know she was from Charlotte. Although, everything about her all of a sudden made sense (in a good way) once I found out 😆, because I’m from Greenville, NC. Very “familiar” personality, and remind me of several ppl I know. Always been hilarious to me, and always made me laugh when paired with Chelsea. Just a genuine soul 💛💚🤍

   Feel kinda bad because she always is a version of chubby and you can't tell she worked hard and lowered her weight for Fubar.
