The Guinea Pig Generation – Born Into the Algorithm: https://youtu.be/nRsLlMs_ObI

On June 24, 2022, in the United States, the justices of the Supreme Court, the country’s highest judicial body, struck down a symbol of women’s freedom: the right to abortion. This retrograde decision was imposed by judges aligned with the religious ultra-right wing of the Republican party, who have become a majority on the country’s most powerful institution. An earthquake of global proportions, attacking a fundamental right acquired 50 years ago in America.

Since then, 16 states have already taken steps to restrict abortion or are in the process of banning it. The 9 most radical states have banned abortion even in cases of rape and incest. But the majority of Americans overwhelmingly support the right to abortion. A citizens’ resistance is taking shape. They are reaching out to all women in need, trapped in states where Christian fundamentalists forbid them the freedom not to have children.

Filmed on the border of the Bible Belt states in the Midwest, this documentary profiles the commitment of civil society, doctors, lawyers, volunteers and individuals determined to preserve the right and access of their fellow citizens to abortion.

Pro-lifers are hypocrites cause they say life is important, but are more concerned about lifes that still dont exist or havent even begun then lifes that already had experiences and can feel emotional and fisical pain in a deeper way

What I find difficult to understand is how some people who identify as "pro-life" oppose programs such as food pantries, SNAP, and other forms of assistance that help people meet their basic needs and improve their quality of life. If the goal is to protect and value life, shouldn't that concern extend beyond birth and include access to food, healthcare, housing, and opportunities to thrive? From my perspective, there's a contradiction between claiming to support life while opposing programs that help vulnerable people survive and succeed. That's why the position can come across as hypocritical.

I am so glad I live in a blue state, where I don't have to deal with these inbreds.

Just a reminder that the same people restricting access to abortion are the same ones who actively support and defend rapists, including child rapists. In fact, they even elected one as president.

I don't care what your religion is, if you don't support critical thinking you don't support any deity.

any god with a brain would want you to think with yours too, not blindly follow a book and blame questioning as evil.

if I told you to blindly believe everything I said you wouldn't…. and I hope you don't because that's the point. questions enrich life, and destroys weak systems.

ignorance is bliss where critical thinking is clarity. if clarity destroys religion, then God isn't clarity, but if God is clarity, then God would want you to think critically.

you're not evil for questioning your faith. there isn't an evil guy making the Bible make any less sense because you questioned it. It never did.

The real God needs no praise. The best blessing you can give a creator is your true authentic self not some curated version from a religion. be yourself do as much positive things as you can and you'll go where you need to go. no religion required.

What gets me it these PRO LIFE also are PRO death penalty you can't be for both. I am 62 and live in California was thinking about moving to Ohio where my son lives but after this I will never ever move to a red state

I love how they offer "support" for women to coerce them not to have babies then also try to talk women out of birth control. I am sure once they get home they forget all about giving that support that was never there other than praying for them. Like prayer is going to pay for diapers, food, shelter and clothes.

"There is no such thing as an abortion debate. It's a civil war. And one side is using bullets and bombs and death threats." – Dr. Warren Hern, OB/GYN, Boulder Colorado
Will abortion be the catalyst that finally breaks American healthcare wide open? A system where your coverage depends on keeping your job. Where a diagnosis can bankrupt you. Where childbirth itself is a financial risk. Where your doctor's religion can override your medical care. How long before people stop playing along?

As someone who has had an abortion and who was a clinic escort…this documentary does a wonderful job of capturing what it’s truly like out there. I only wish they would have touched on the dangers of Crisis Pregnancy Centers and how they work WITH the anti abortion protestors to try to trick patients into going to the crisis pregnancy center instead of the actual clinic.

I live on the east coast and even here it feels like feminism is dead. Everyone treats it like it's an evil radicalized movement in leftist spaces and people generally do not care about the fact woman's rights are being destroyed. I never even hear it talked about at all.

This is a good video for someone who can watch and understand all the medical things being talked about and what abortion is in a medical sense.

I can't believe how many comments missed the video. This is about the unintended consequences of not only telling women what to do, but also doctors. Their diagnostics are rendered moot for these women with non-viable fetuses.

I've seen stories of doctors fleeing states and even the country because we're going so backwards and basically threatening them for trying to care for patients.

At the end there's a very brief note about how a woman perishes every 9 minutes due to a botched back alley abortion. That is also a big part of what happens when abortion is banned.

It's hard to describe to someone with no empathy or sympathy for a pregnant person in a bad situation why they'd be desperate. It surprised me that the pastor(?) couldn't understand, but he's a white man. There's both a shocking amount of ignorance and cruelty. It's hard to tell them apart.

Lets be fr they're anti abortion because they love having more impoverished people to take advantage of. They want to ensure theres a class of disposable people.

  13. @orangesweetness

    June 3, 2026 at 10:32 am

It’s a shame that more consideration is given to a fetus than a child that is living with poverty or abuse….

With peace and love~~~~ I have a STRONG suspicion tht Trump has seen his fair share of abortions in his life.

These poor women that almost died and STILL had trouble getting medical interventions…. What is going on here?

I forget what state I just read about recently wanting to put a law on the books tht: you can kill a woman who is attempting to obtain an adoration. Huh? Make that make sense. Who’s gonna tell them tht the fetus most likely wouldn’t make it in this scenario

These decisions women and/or couples have to make aren’t black and white like some people in the USA think. There is so much gray area which is comprised of a multitude of circumstances. I truly believe that people who stand for liberty and freedom need to remember that it goes both ways.

It's crazy that this is happening in the US. Government officials and lawyers should not be making medical decisions for anyone. So glad my 25 year old daughter lives with me in the UK. I'd be terrified for her getting pregnant over there.

I’ve been watching this issue for a very long time and I neither support no reject what the idea about controlling your own body is, but here’s the issue that I have. If you destroy the family, then you’re destroying the very thing that makes a family a family you destroyed it by taking the man out of the picture, which is basically what the United States has done they’ve taken the man out of the picture and then gotten angry when women have had to make decisions that our life altering and so my question is very simple. Why exactly are people complaining that they’re forced to be mothers when the fathers are not even allowed to say

These are the questions that I’ve been asking for 30 years because I started paying attention to different things in the political arena since 1995 and so I will ask the question again and nobody seems to have an answer and I can tell you that my own personal experience or through my own personal experience, I have been both a father and I have watched my son grew up from afar and I can tell you that it’s not it’s neither comfortable nor is it reasonable and so the problem is on both sides of the equation and if you as a person are only looking at it from the woman’s side, then you only have half the picture if you’re only looking at it from the man’s side, you only have half the picture

I hope whoever reads this understands that it’s not just women who have this problem. It’s men who have this problem as well and if you don’t make it equal, then more problems like this will continue to arise

I refuse to call anything that can’t survive on the outside a “child.” Sorry, not sorry. If it is inside my body and needs my body to survive and I don’t want it there stealing my nutrients, then buh bye.

Also in the US the birthrate for non-white babies just surpassed white babies so if this keeps up I can see these racist, politicians letting our non-white sisters get abortions but not us so called whites.

They did not remove the right, its up to the state. Switch states if you are unhappy with the politics. Abortion being a human right is pretty absurd. Use contraception. Most abortions are from people having fun time. There are exceptions to everything and they should not be used to write the rules.

You not having a right to something is not the same as making something illegal, what ever side of the argument your on its a disservice to misrepresent the situation.

48:25 Hi 👋, just a random side note I’d never heard ”Golly” before so I’d to look up what it meant & in what context it is used in & henceforth I’ll implement it in my own vocabulary bc I liked it a lot.
    Respectfully, Grace ❤
