"Do whatever you want with your life." Tell that to someone who spent decades in one Gulag camp in siberia. No amusement, no creative distractions, only lumbering the woods in the freezing cold and working in the suffocating mines until becoming a useless meat ready for being terminated.
These advices are only useful for those who have the liberty of deciding over their own lives.
