Dear Mr. This Aged Great, I write to you as a drunken man who has run out of individually wrapped cheese slices to throw at the radiator. However I had a legitimate gripe. And i….

Crocodile Dundee also features some of the worst NYC continuity in film history. In one shot he's following somebody going north on, say, 58th and Madison and the next shot he'll be following them south on , say, Church Street. I know it's not a big deal to most viewers, but for native New Yorkers those parts of the film make no sense at all.

The time Paul Hogan became this icon that represented Australia better than Borat. That time in the 80's that we had these weird movies of what WE thought the people of these countries were like. Paul Hogan and then later Steve Irwin.
Another odd thing about the 80's movies was whole "T" thing and good looking women wearing these 1 step away from dental floss.

The emu's war gets all the press but the Kangaroo murders are rarely ever talked about. Maybe they are scared since they never caught the Kangaroos with the guns so they are technically still out there.

How did you skip over the part at the end? She can't get through the crowd of people waiting for the subway. She's shouting to Mic, but he can't hear her. So a man (a stranger) who hears her, tells her message to another man who tells the message to Mic not the leave. They talk back and forth a little bit through this chain of people, then she declares that she loves him. But they can't get to each other through the crowd. So Mic ends up crawling on top of the crowd and walks across them on their shoulders and heads to get to her. It was a sweet and funny ending.

Point of order: "Blackfella" is what they call Aboriginals in Australia (or, I believe, how they refer to themselves in English) and as best I know it's not considered an offensive term. They DO look a lot like Africans but genetically they're descended from SE asians and no closer to africans than are Japanese.
