Of course what happens after this is that Mr. Kennedy misses his summons and court date, the court passes a default judgement and then sends in the marshal to take him into custody while also repossessing all of his assets. Mr. Kennedy gets no say, does not get further explanation of what is happening, and does not have a very good time.
