This was a real treat, his side of the fallout with Blackie is raw and a shame. Someone else I listen to said "You're more than your diagnosis", and it's cool that with the love and support of his wife that Chris beats the constant challenge of his dyslexia 🤓👍 Respect!

Met Chris in the crowd after they opened for Kiss. I was afraid to go up to him because it was Chris Holmes but was super nice and signed my ticket stub! Great interview and great guy!!

His guitar tone has always been awesome! I dig his solo stuff. People have knocked his singing but it fits the vibe of the music and it's raw & real…."Just get ready for a decibel shower" (Let It Roar) is such a kick-ass lyric!

This will probably be an unpopular opinion here..but I see Chris Holmes as one of the luckiest guys in rock. Yeah..he might have been wronged and got shafted…BUT, he was extremely to lucky to have the run in Wasp that he had. He isn't a great guitar player when you consider the level of band he was in..and he other than a few tunes, he didn't have that much to do with the songwriting.

I think The Headless Children, the last album Chris made with them, is the most underrated album of the 80s.

First wasp album is one of my all time favorite albums, but they never sounded as good after that album, it's a pity.
Chris is a very likeable unique character for sure.
