Trump 2028 will simply follow one of basic fascist tactics for obtaining state power: create an emergency and claim emergency powers, consolidate power and then purge, rule, and subjugate.

Sure Trump can run a 3rd term. After all your buddy Muslim Obama did and he used 2 idiots to do it. Obama was in control the whole Biden and Harris administration. Obama did it through his executive orders that he wrote. Obama also opened the borders under Biden and Harris administration.

For the titles question, if course he can. If he gives the right people the right amount of money, billionaires can get away with sexually assaulting anyone of any age or gender. It’s not crazy to think he can give the other people who are in power also, money to allow him to. Hell he can use blackmail if the person is an Epsteiner too.

We are literally the laughing stock around the world andbsome feel sorry for us .we look like idiots… IF ANY OF THE GODS ARE LISTENING……HELP!!!! One thing that keeps me hopeful is my grandparents. They lived in central Europe through Nazi occupation and then behind the iron curtain and came out the other side into a democratic country, having successfully raised two children and built a home and life they enjoyed until their passing. Their love and care for only a few years of my childhood sustained me through the rest of my childhood with an abusive parent (not their child). If they were that wonderful after going through things that terrible, and things got better in their lifetime, then it's possible things will get better again now and we will be able to have meaningful lives regardless.

The problem with the legislative is that it relies on the executive to get people following the judgements (and laws). Unfortunately you have an executive (at least leadership wise) that does not care about law and judgements.
So I think if he is fit enough, he will run and nobody will stop him.

On PAPER, NO, HE IS INELIGIBLE FOR ANY OFFICE. But "legally" he is eligible, can, and will run for and win a 3rd term, because SCOTUS will let him, and there is no agency, no court higher that will enforce the Constitution. HE OWNS THE GOVERNMENT… We lost our only chance in 2020.

    "It's an incredibly convoluted plan"

That's the funny part: It's not.
When you give someone immunity to the justice system, you effectively give them the status of being above the law. The law, while in theory does work in tiers, doesn't work in tiers when you give someone blatant immunity. If Trump wants to run for a third term, who's going to stop him? He's immune to the law. Is it illegal or unconstitutional? Well, he's immune. Put him on the ticket anyway.

America already voted for a felonious sex offender twice, why wouldn't they do it a third time? At this point, you're just picking the lesser of two evils. Might as well vote for the greater and get it over with sooner rather than later.

malcom x is important baldwin to democratic party has long had obama as a landmark which i a sense yes, ofc i still would’ve voted for him because he’s black, but at the same time he was definitely just token who sought lincoln as his hero, the ignorance in your history to proclaim that as an african american is disconnected from your history and who we should deem heroes or not. just a facade a corporate action, at least how i see it, just a continuation of the hyper capitalist boogeyman in a different, more intelligent, inefficient font

14:09 eh, what prevents them from just passing a law that contradicts the 22nd? Being illegal must be established in a court, and while lower courts could affirm that it is, they could still appeal up to SCotUS, couldn't they? :-

Just want to point out the obvious. Who does a $350 million renovation on their home if they are planning to leave? Will Trump be President in 2028. Yes. Because if there is an election that he could lose, he will just say there is too much fraud and we have to cancel the elections. The military will come in seize the voting machines or find some other reason to delay the election until he can find a way to stay as President of the USA. Trump will make it so if you are not maga you won’t be able to work. Vote against him you’re fired. We aren’t there yet we will be by 2028.🤬

13:18 there is one very easy way for him to run for president, all he has to do is have his vice president listed as the president and him the vice president and the moment his vice president is sworn into office he just steps down and boom trump is president. They would probably be very clear that voting for him and Vance would actually just be voting for him, it is kind of insane that the law left such a huge loophole but I’m assuming that when they made the amendment no one was crazy enough to do that much convoluted thinking and planning just to get an extra term 😅 I think the main reason why Trump has not publicly stated this as his plan is that he can’t bear the thought of someone else running for office in his place and he is just buying time to try and find another way to circumvent the law (kind of scary to think about 💀🤡💀)

Thank you for staying sane! Your YTs help me stay sane too. Like yourself, I unplug from modern US life at least once a week – but I rely on you to help me make sense of the insanity unfolding around me, when I plug back in again.

How Trump tries for a illegal 3rd term: 1) Trump says he's running for a third term. Ignores law, still says he's running. 2) States hold elections with him on and off the ticket because some states choose to follow the law as written. Others put him on due to it being a 'federal law' not a state law and states run the elections. 3) Election completes, he is not legally elected because enough states don't acknowledge him as a candidate, thus not enough Electoral votes. True victor ignored. 4) Congress refuses to accept any results – declares all results invalid due to Trump not being on ballot. Results contested and challenged in all 50 states. Certification delayed until Inauguration Day. 5) Due to no accepted results, Trump and Congress will state "no one was elected to office due to invalid results and he MUST stay in office to maintain a functioning presidency and CAN stay as he was not technically elected a third time." 6) Dictatorship established until he dies in office.

They have no intention of him needing to win, or have someone "run and then turn over power". The intention is to cause a war, and then halt elections during wartime so that he stays in office.

I think the reason they are gerrymandering so hard is to try to reach that 2/3 rule to hold a constitutional convention where they will overturn the 22nd amendment as well as a few others so that they can run Trump again if somehow his health doesn’t kill him. I can almost guarantee that if somehow we see 2/3 red states in the 2026 elections this will happen and many rights that we have now will be stripped.

When Bannon said “he needs to be president in ‘28 so he can finish what he started” the response should be “what is it that he needs to do in a third term that he couldn’t do while in his second?”

He “needs” a third term because he’s too ineffective to get his agenda done, or he wants to be King Trump

So i never payed attention to politics till last year into now. I had only ever hear the name Steve Bannon and never heard anything he had to say after listening to like 2 intwrviews i was like "this guy is the problem. He is the radical pushing Republicans to act on and say the quiet parts out loud."
