Hi there hello.
Today we’re heading to California to take a calm and respectful look at some luxury homes that absolutely make sense and are designed by people who definitely live in reality.
From million-dollar Airbnbs that may or may not be communes, to properties that come with zebras for some reason, to houses with cars in the living room and vodka tasting freezers, we’re exploring what happens when too much money meets too many ideas.
Some of these homes are impressive.
Some are confusing.
Some are both.

The first one looks like something I might build in the Sims as an experimental challenge, like a "Okay, this house is a literal box. Can I actually make it look decent?" But like… maybe don't turn stupid Sims build challenges into actual IRL houses, you know? That seems like a bad idea. The whole point is that they're dumb and it's hard to make them look okay.

The last one looks oddly good from the outside, but it falls apart quick if you actually look at it
If it were a third of the size and designed for actual living instead of showing off your money, it would be the most stunning house ever
