If you’ve ever felt like your life is an endless wave of suffering, you’re not alone. Everything we hear is news of things going from bad to worse.

How do we thrive amidst this chaos? How do we find peace when it feels like a storm? These are the questions that Buddhism seeks to answer.

Nirvana is a state with an overwhelming feeling of being free from suffering, everything else is suffering. Since a person cannot live their life in nirvana, life is suffering.

The meaning of life is to live.

There will never be another today.

Dukha from the original sanskrit scripture of early buddhism, does not mean “suffering” to be exact. Buddha was neither a nihilist nor was he like shopenhauer complaining how everything is suffering and painful. Dukha, just means an occation you didn’t will to go through, which neither is good nor bad.

Buddha had not suffered anything , he had found out from others outside his kingdom sufference, he went camping and joyed his travelling ever then … sufference is for the majority stupid public and they recycle , not king's children…

THE ORIGINAL BUDDHA DOCTRINE. There are 2 words that the average person has misunderstood. DUKA and Dukkha. The Buddha was talking mainly about Dukkha. DUKA is obvious to all, but Dukkha concept needs wisdom. That was what the Buddha was talking about.
The Original Buddha Doctrine is different from these
" Hindu/Jain" derived concepts, that are being spread all over the world, by people who have not entered the Path. That is why the Buddha reiterated that one should teach only after entering the Path. There is no Maithriya Bodhisatwa nor a Maithriya that is to come down from anywhere, except in the Hindu/Jain hallucinations, now being foisted into the naive people who have been following the Buddha Doctrine. The Path has to be seen through one’s fathom long body.
DUKA is suffering which everyone knows about. Whereas DHUKKA is the sequence of events that constitute a thought, cessation of which opens the door to the Path. The Buddha Doctrine was mainly about opening the door to the Path and seeking the contentment and Happiness of Nibbana. This is Cheto VIMUKTHI. Many authors have it wrong. People talk about Duka, but one of the main concerns of the Buddha Doctrine was DHUKKA.
The Buddha spoke of ANATTA, which is basic in His Doctrine. It means NO SOUL. No me. No I. Which means there is NO person, except the senses – from smell. Sight. Hearing. Taste. Touch, Mind and memory.
In the Dev DAHA Sutta, He Categorically states " If anyone says that, what one endures is a consequence of previous actions " that is NOT the Buddha Doctrine, but is Niganta (Hindu) doctrine. VERY CLEAR.
    —The Buddha-

Bhawa means one thought. PUNAR Bhawa means the next new thought. Therefore it is the thought that follows one after the other.
Therefore it is obvious that there is no me/l/ person to be reborn.
“ Bhawa niridho nibbanam “ means eradication of the thought process, is the key to enter the Path to nibbana.
The thoughts follow in a sequence and there is no KAMMA as described by the Hindu/ Jain faith, where there is reward on one hand and punishment or damnation on the other, as is the case in Christianity. This concept of damnation is questionable and will NOT last with intellectual dialogue.
The Original Buddha Doctrine, before it was mixed with the Hindu faith, is Supra-mundane and Supra-cortical.
Even the concept of Anicca and Anatta is at the level of Quantum mechanics and sub-atomic particles. When a body or any object is dissected to the last of the material form, it is correctly called Dhamma after which it is a non-material aspect and no form called “ information “.
On the contrary, Buddha’s Teachings are correctly called “ Buddha Doctrine “ or Buddha wachanaya or the Buddha’s Teaching.
One has to stop the process of Bhawa and Punar Bhawa to enter the Path through Pragna and subsequently reach the stage of Dhamma. Thereafter one sees Buddha and Nibbana.
Difficult to fathom, but it is a process believed to follow as steps automatically, after stopping the thought process, after being in a relaxed state.
The Buddha spent 6 long years doing meditation and found it to be futile, where he collapsed many times due to starvation and extreme emaciation. He realized that nutrition was important for all mental and physical activities. Thereafter he left the 5 colleagues and did the reverse of meditation, which was not concentrating or being mindful of any thoughts. He left the world of being in the mind and entered the Path. That must be obvious to any intelligent person, as the incessant mental activity is the enemy to the Path of Nibbana. Rebirth of the incessant birth within the mind, is the Sansaric journey, that needs to be arrested.
Not these mundane false concepts such as rebirth of the person.
Do your research and enter the Path, through " Cheto VIMUKTHI" which one could follow, listening to Dr. Gamini Abhaya MD. FRCP Consultant Physician/Cardiologist with NO fee, through Denageneemen Nivanata via the Internet. Until one enters the Path to Nibbana, by entering the first stage ( Sowahn) it is incorrect to teach or preach, which is like BLIND LEADING THE BLIND.
About time people used their own intellect without believing hearsay.

You can stretch the interpretation of Buddism to be completely in line with atheistm, reincarnation? That's just components of yourself (particles) being dispersed, Karma? That's just where you spread your presence and particles which determines your future reincarnative externality, etc.

The Karma troubles all the living beings. If you want something good, you can't stop wanting on it and if you don't want the bad things, you feel too bad when you have them. So the buddhists need to understand the truth of troubles like the body's just a burden to control and vanish their karma which creates temper, eagerness and unwillingness making the people conduct good or bad. The body's a burden because nobody can miss aging, hurting and death to the owners of the bodies and minds.
The way called the Wipathanar Dhama can control and vanish the karma. The practice makes perfect. You gotta practice your mind by restricting your willingness and unwillingness all the time by your unconsciousness on your consciousness and then emphasize on your appearing and disappearing thoughts until you see the appearance and disappearance of your thoughts leading to action through feelings by your neglecting. Around 15:20 you point out that Buddhists can escape Samsara by accumulating merit (good karma). I’d like to point out that this is not actually true. One can achieve a more favorable rebirth with good karma, but will still be within the cycle of rebirth.

With all due respect I think the search for Nirvana is a waste of time and life. We will all reach Nirvana (the end of suffering) it is one of the only things that is certain.
