1:01:56 I struggled mightily once to open a jug of protein I had bought. Finally, by donning gloves, squeezing the bottle between my knees, and using hands, arms, and torso to twist, I managed it. Doing so twisted and pulled off the entire protective seal beneath the lid (the rigid foil-lined paper they glue to seal the container/bottle). It turned out that that seal had also been heavily glued to the inside of the screwtop lid. It was like a full-body workout in a bottle!

For the record, the manosphere influencers aren't just performing. They do some performance, sure. They might not be as extreme as they want to seem. And they may make exceptions in their behavior for some women, like their mothers. But the girlfriend that Josh mentioned was still told to leave and then clean up his room. Soooo
