After all, why spend trillions fighting climate change, and supporting the social safety net, (including FEMA, ending vaccines etc.) when the sooner we all drop dead the better for them.
They already see us a "useless eaters". They know that our numbers will multiply exponentially once AI and Robotics are in place.
They deny climate change because if they ever acknowledged it they would have to explain why they never did anything about it but get rich off of it.

The American system of governance is supposed to act as a consistent and continual revolution. Our goal is to allow the Average man decency, autonomy and a means to find prosperity. This continual renewal helps ensure the prevention of wide scale civil war or bad ideas entrenching themselves in the fabric of society. There are no dams or bottle necks of power and resources getting where they need to go for the greatest economic value.

The more I read about accelerationism and Land and Yarvin etc, the more I wonder if maybe Trump is not simply just a bull in a china shop, but rather a puppet in which a group of technology worshipping white supremacists hold the strings.
