I vote the same way today as I did thirty years ago. When all of these younger voters are shifting at once, that is a generational wave. Thirty years from now, they will still be going Democratic. They've seen their neighbors lose food stamps. They've seen billionaire tax breaks and self-dealing at the highest levels. They will not be forgetting any time soon. My Trumper parents will be long dead. Welcome, young people.

So the most unreliable voting group that represents the tiniest part of the voting pool and I haven’t been able to find even one other poll to show any kind of consistency in this number. I also remember hearing in 2024 that that same voter group was voting in record numbers for Kamala. You can actually still look that up and find polling that shows that exact thing and it turned out after election day that it was the four from the truth. I just think polling is so unreliable at this point I don’t even know why people pay attention to it. I’m not even sure what is a good reliable source of information as far as future voting trends other than voter registration. New voter registration is definitely something that has consistently proven accurate.

My hub (79) and I (63) are southern white independents. We both have law degrees, so our pain has been profound since DJT has darkened the door of national politics. I call these times “the triumph of the rednecks.” Neither of us will ever vote for an R again, most likely. The expanding L Graham upstate of SC is so incredibly white, many of the deeply racist variety, it’s totally different to Columbia to the coast. Moreover, since so many white middling class people from up North have retired here (& they would vote for a mule if it was on the R ticket) they have moved our state’s needle (SC) Mostly, They don’t care one iota about the citizens, education, ,culture and diversity of our state, they moved for the weather. Let’s see how they like the next Hurricane Hugo on steroids! It will happen & they don’t have any cousins to stay with for months on end. BC of R neck lock for 20+years , there is no way all of those folks on the coast will be able to evacuate given our less than adequate highways.

I take it that intelligent young voters are now paying attention to politics because they don't have a choice and figure out that when it comes to the Future and direction of this nation is that they do have a choice and the choice is for All American citizens below billionaire status because billionaires are Public Enemy number One in this Society and they couldn't care less about anybody else except their bottom line especially when that means cutting off the lifelines of the poor and working class and daily yearly monthly prove to anyone that's paying attention to our economic destruction that they have left zero reason to ever vote Republican a game no matter what office they may run for anywhere at any time 🕰️ their time is over as traders to the 99% of America 🇺🇲 regardless of party this midterm elections is about the survival of the 99% not the racist bulshit what has racism done for you lately anyway besides almost totally destroyed you there is no longer any intelligent reason to ever vote Republican again Andrea blatantly rubbing American societies noses in it we must win the Senate more than anything and that should be easy because the repugnant party has made it more than clear that they are THE MENACES TO SOCIETY HERE TIME FOR CRIMINAL BILLIONAIRES TO GIVE BACK AND STEP BACK! Beyond all this, young people actually understand the difference between socialism and communism. I am 80 years old. I am constantly amazed at how dense my generation is about the diiference and the fear (paranoia) my age cophort has about communism. Pay attention, the Russians can't even take out an under equipped country like Ukraine.
