I did actually see the sock move, without the editing. It only moved as much as I've been able to move stuff (~2 millimeters), so it's good to know that I'm not alone in the little movement, and also that they're probably lying about the strength of such abilities. You should try cloud manipulation though, I've been able to turn a cloudy day into a rainy day, and vice versa, over the course of ~1 hour, several times before.

telekinesis is like moving an object via an external invisible force, psychokinesis is where your mind interacts directly with things at a molecular level. basically, TK is like making a energy hand to hold something and PK is like your mind is extending itself instead of creating an external force. least confusing way of explaining it
