I had a friend from uni start an OF during covid(not pay taxes on it and then owe the CRA like 10k lol) but she ended up going into a contract with an agency that aparantally she couldn’t get out of and the people posting on her behalf(both on her page and on OF) very clearly spoke less English then a baby to the point where she’d post on her instagram about how bad the grammar on her of was. Truly insane

12:20 my comment about the sentence of the first perpetrator rings even more true after hearing how light of a sentence this woman got. Two years to even make an arrest, involuntary manslaughter conviction, and a puny 4 year sentence of which she’ll likely do less than half of, is insane. I paused the video here but something tells me there were no protests or mass outrage over the cold blooded killing of this poor guy. I remember hearing about this case a while ago, but I didn’t know what her punishment was. If you can even call it that.
