The Ultra-Rich Kingdom the World Doesn’t Understand | Inside Qatar | ENDEVR Documentary

Israel’s Extremists – The Radical Men Pushing the Region Toward Chaos: https://youtu.be/gCEAAO4N6Ic

Qatar is one of the smallest countries on Earth — yet few nations wield as much influence. Built on vast natural gas reserves and ruled by the Al Thani royal family, this tiny Gulf state has transformed itself from a remote desert outpost into a global power broker.

Behind the gleaming skyscrapers, luxury lifestyles and immense wealth lies a far more complex story. This documentary explores the rise of modern Qatar, tracing how a single ruling dynasty accumulated extraordinary influence across politics, business and diplomacy.

From allegations of corruption and controversial foreign investments to accusations of supporting Islamist movements across the Middle East, Qatar’s rapid ascent has made it both a key international partner and one of the world’s most controversial nations.

This is the story of how a tiny state became a global force.

those workers come from a worst situation to a better one and no one forces them to go work there. they probably come there knowing how it will look like.
if they will give social support tho those workers and all kinds of support the country will be overrun with refugees and immigrants to get that social support. look at europe and UK. full with refugees. why? the goverment gives them social securities. free houses or very low rent. free healthcare, free money. besides those free stuff most of them also do undeclared work / side hustles. why? if it is declared most of the free social support will be lower to zero based on income.

thats how most of them build up wealth and take it back home.

It looks like Qatar has rocketed past the United States in terms of a pure state of capitalism. Import slave labor, force it to stay and work to survive and threaten to take away shelter at any time. Qatar embodies the "haves and have nots". The US parades as a democracy/republic but it is closer to Qatar. Elections in the US are now almost just for show. The same few people control resources in the US backed by the might of the US military. Oh ya, I almost forgot. FIFA is just a turd full of corruption and fraud.

Qatar is one social crisis away from seeing its society being taken over by foreigners and putting an end to this class system, the same way other societies have in the past: the ottomans, or the seljuks, or the mameluks.

For such a wealthy country, they’re not very smart. They’ve used over 80% of their ancient water, which is actually under the ground of that desert and turning the ocean into drinkable water and putting excess salt into the ocean, is destroying it slowly, but surely mass matter fact, faster than they expected, so it may seem all wealthy and full of money right now, but it’s dying and it’s dying really quick, the desert is going to overtake it. They may be rich, but they’re not very smart.

Anyone can create a negative documentary by cherry-picking the worst examples and presenting them as the norm. This documentary relies more on emotional manipulation than factual analysis. It shows selected poor living conditions for migrant workers, but it does not demonstrate that these cases represent the broader reality. Poor accommodation, shared rooms, and shared bathrooms can exist in many countries and contexts, including among students, travelers, and low-income workers. Showing such conditions without proper comparison, context, statistics, or verified evidence risks misleading the viewer.
Serious accusations require serious evidence. Headlines, dramatic visuals, and isolated examples are not enough. Without reliable data, context, comparison, and verification, the documentary risks committing a hasty generalization: taking a limited example and using it to condemn an entire system.

Some of these oil rich countries don't contribute nothing to the world, they have good economy because of petroleum but they are weak to defend themselves, they are nationalist they never give permanent residency to anyone, even though they have lots of money but they have no role in sports science technology

The chap from Nepal SAID he couldn't feed his family by working in his home Country, and that of the $400/m he earns in Qatar he saves $250/m for his family. He's now able to feed them AND pay for their education.

    He SAID that.

Imagine living/working in the West, earning €4,000 per month, and being able to save/spend €2,500/m on your family?

    WHO's the REAL slave, eh?

Nobody chooses to be a slave; but many choose not to SEE it when they are slaves.

One thing that Qatar is amazing at is controlling their borders and who comes in. Unlike West who allows everyone to get in and scam their system, Qatar protects its citizens and makes their life better. As someone who lives here for 12 years, it makes me jealous of how their government does everything they can to support their citizens. Even as expat I get free medical care any day of the week almost for free. My friends mom had cancer, after surgery she had private room with 3 meals for 5 days and anyone whom she wanted to accommodate her for only 120$. You can never get Qatari passport, and its correct thing to do, you can come and work, enjoy the security of you and your family, but you cant drain the system for your benefits. Tell me in which country you can leave car turned ON and walk to a mall with your wallet and phone in the car, come back and no one dares to try to steal it. Only in Qatar.

In just 30yrs the country became first world but African countries with all the Gold and minerals 60yrs after independence there is nothing to show for it. Good leadership is very important and Africans need to wake the F up.

Finnaly, just like other declining empires in past history, the Gulf countries cannot indefinety continue ro thrive by exploiting a 10X size migramt workers population, to extremely cater and srvice a small minority of locals, regardless of how brutal and dictatorial style the local government continues to be. They will definitely self implode, expecially when the high net worh indivuduals leave, and they run out of oil and LNG, or due to war crisis such currently, where they are unable to sell their oil at a premium to the rest of the thirsty world !!!

I find the report truly misleading in many aspects. For example, the issue of the workers whom the report shamelessly and falsely calls slaves… These are workers who wouldn't earn a single dollar in their own countries, yet they were given the opportunity to work for many times what they would receive in their home countries.
Is this slavery? Yes, they live in the heat and in cramped rooms. Aren't America, London, Paris, Berlin, and Tokyo full of homeless people whose countries don't even provide them with protection while they sleep on the street? Hundreds of thousands of American citizens live the nightmare of street life in every state in America and in every European country
Qatar is a country with its own ambitions, its own heritage, and its own freedom to work for the benefit of its people. It did not mobilize its army to colonize other countries as much of Europe and America did, stealing and plundering nations. Qatar is a peaceful and beautiful country, and its people are genuine, generous, and treat all visitors with utmost courtesy and respect. The report does indeed contain many offensive, unprofessional, and unethical Therefore, this video was reported for its bias and for spreading numerous accusations without evidence or even a sound field study. We Arabs have a saying: "Every blessing is envied." May ALLAH Protect Qatar and its people and grant them continued security, peace, and prosperity 🤲🏻🇸🇦💐🌴
