Even though I said I probably wouldnāt come back, I did enjoy spending time with you so much that Iāll probably change the system up where I can include your streams
Iām thinking about maybe putting a āāļøā next to the shows I want to watch vs not care about on the TV guide. So I can have a proper system of priorities rather than all-or-nothing
And itās something I needed to figure out anyway since as I progress in my pacing plan, I would need to include things like outings, or socialising, or errands. So maybe your streams could be a good simulation for that while Iām in the early stages of that
But I still have the rule where Iāve banned social media in the 4 hours before and after sleep otherwise my AuDHD would be dysregulated all day (maybe that can be a good tip for you too)
I wish I could tell you more about my pacing plan to cure my fatigue. But itās too complicated and Iāll be here forever, itās more of a rehab-type thing. But all you need to know is that it requires a strict routine, so I wonāt be as chronically online like I used to. I started this plan on April 20th btw
And unlike the previous attempts to cure my fatigue (like the medication switch if you remember that), this plan is actually working, Iām 2 months into it and Iām truly making unreal amounts of progress. I wish I could tell you everything but Iām already breaking the no text walls rule RIP
